A state aircraft may operate in the national airspace only if he holds a registration certificate issued in accordance with the specific regulations applicable in the state of origin.
The registration certificate issued by the National Military Aeronautical Authority for state aircraft will contain the identification data of the aircraft, the nationality mark and the order mark.
By entering in the Unique Registration Registry of state aircraft from Romania, and the issuing of the registration certificate, the aircraft acquires nationality Romanian. The unique registration register of state aircraft from Romania is not public.
A Romanian state aircraft may carry out flight activities in the national airspace if for the state aircraft in question AAMN issued a registration certificate in accordance with the AAMN provisions and the nationality mark and the order mark are inscribed on the aircraft. The provisions of the registration regulation apply to all state aircraft including unmanned aircraft vehicle regardless of their mass and configuration.
