According to Air Law no. 21/2020, in order to achieve safety, the following categories of aeronautical agents (organizations) are subject to certification and surveillance by National Military Aeronautical Authority (AAMN):

a) aeronautical agents whose object of activity is design, manufacture and maintenance of state aircraft, engines, propellers, parts and associated equipment, as well as those that have as object of activity specialized processes, including type tests, specialized tests and distribution of aeronautical products used by state aircraft operators;

b) aeronautical agents dealing with training of military aeronautical personnel;

c) other categories of aeronautical agents, as appropriate specific regulations applicable.
